TV highlights: Fox News Channel debuts new prime-time lineup

In a rare move for Fox News Channel, the cable network reshuffles its primetime lineup Monday, which also coincides with its 17-year anniversary. The schedule: "On the Record" with Greta Van Susteren at 7 p.m.; "The O'Reilly Factor" at 8 p.m.; Megyn Kelly's new show, "The Kelly File," at 9 p.m.; and "Hannity at 10 p.m. Plus, in the afternoon at 3 p.m., "Shepard Smith Reporting" combines technology and social media during breaking news reports.
